Walter Meego’s first full length studio album, Voyager, came out on iTunes yesterday. Walter Meego put together a delightful mix of dance and alternative that reminds me of Chromeo without the retro-influence mixed with old Bravery and old Killers. Check out their album on iTunes, it is definitely more than worth the $6.99 for the download. I’ve posted 2 tracks Wanna Be a Star and Forever which was featured on ABC’s Ugly Betty.
Hailing from Sydney Australia, Electronic duo The Presets just released their second album Apocalypso in April 2008. Look out for them in the future, because they’ll for sure hit it big sometime soon. Are You The One? is off of their debut Beams. Check out Lifelike’s amazing remix.

I Love to Move in Here is Moby’s third single off of his latest album Last Night. This single really brings Moby back to his roots, well when compaired to Alice and Disco Lies anyway, with it’s subdued muzak sound and excess sampling. Crookers gave it a 3 part make-over for the single release, which came out Friday I believe. Check out Crooker’s Bass in Here mix.

3 years have passed since Verve Music Group released their Verve//Remixed boxed set, and now they are back with a very anticipated 4th volume. Verve Remixed 4 comes out this May and features mixes by Diplo, Psapp (from Grey’s Anatomy fame,) Cinematic Orchestra, Truth & Soul, 9th Wonder, Pilooski and more. Check out the teaser for the album on YouTube. The video features the artists who put together the album artwork. Check out two of my favorite tracks off the album, Nina Simone’s Take Care of Business remixed by Pilooski and Marlena Shaw’s California Soul remixed by the one and only Diplo.
I can’t describe how excited I have become for new Coldplay. Violet Hill made me a little uncomfortable when I first heard it, not gonna lie, but ever since I got my hands a hold of Viva La Vida I’ve been in Coldplay mode for the first time since Speed Of Sound came to be.
